Epicurean Catering has been partnering with Colorado’s non-profit community for 30 years. The compassion division of Epicurean was brought about by an unwavering commitment to our community and a never-ending desire to support Denver and Colorado. We do this through a variety of charitable events, foundations and employee involvement. What's in a name? Well, when you are Dr. Patricia Gabow, a lot. As CEO and Medical Director of Denver Health and Hospital Authority, Dr. Gabow is known for her dedication to improve the care of the underserved in Colorado. We thought her hard work - at the very least - deserved an official item created in her honor. So it was with much love and a lot of laughter that the Petite Patty Melt was born. That, along with an amazing array of food and drink, entertainment by Earth, Wind & Fire, 200 Epicurean staff, 1600 guests, and 1000 warm Sicilian donuts, resulted in a night meant to do only one thing - recognize the work, the dedication, and the arduous endeavors of Denver Health.
